Povi masima is a rich marbled cut of corned beef that comes from the fatty end of the brisket. The whole brisket is brined and then cut into 4/5 lb pieces.
It has long been considered a delicacy in Samoa and neighboring islands, often enjoyed at celebrations and large gatherings. We have been selling povi masima since the mid 1980's and have seen it gain in popularity over that time. We are proud to provide it to our customers.
